Mostrar Carpeta de errores de Sincronización en Outlook
Hace poco se hicieron varias consultas relacionadas con la noticia que hablaba sobre un error que aparece al sincronizar Exchange 2003 con Outlook 2003 en algunos entornos. Más concretamente me refiero al artículo del Blog “Error 0x8004010F”.
En él se habla de cómo solucionar éste error y que suele venir provocado generalmente por la falta de la lista de direcciones de fuera de línea o la corrupción de ésta. Aunque lo que os he comentado anteriormente es una de las razones más comunes para este error, puede que esté relacionado con otros.
Seria conveniente que para averiguar realmente de donde proviene el error de sincronización, revisarais la carpeta "Errores de sincronización".
Esta carpeta aparece cuando marcamos la opción de "listar carpetas" en la barra de iconos de Outlook; una vez marcamos esa opción nos aparecerá la carpeta en cuestión.
Olvide deciros que en esa carpeta tendremos los mensajes con los que el sistema nos avisa de cualquier error entre Outlook y Exchange.
Si miramos los errores nos dará una idea de que puede estar fallando.
Para ello tenemos que hacer visible la lista de carpetas tal y como se muestra en la imagen; pulsando en el icono “Lista de carpetas”.
Tras pulsar en el icono, tendremos a nuestra disposición una carpeta “Errores de sincronización” y varias sub-carpetas adicionales.
Al marcar la carpeta de errores, tendremos a nuestra disposición todos los posibles fallos en cada conexión con nuestro servidor y de ahí el “famoso” Error 0x8004010F.
Al pulsar en uno de los mensajes nos indicará la relación exacta con el servidor y posible causa del error. Libreta de direcciones sin conexión en nuestro ejemplo.
